Homewood July 4th Celebration

The city of Homewood and the Homewood Parks and Recreation will celebrate the Fourth of July in Downtown Homewood again this year. The streets in downtown Homewood will be closed to vehicles to make way for pedestrian traffic. Preserving the Heritage at Sloss Furnaces

Riverchase Community Church Scrapbooking Crop fundraiser

The Riverchase Community Church will host its fifth weekend Scrapbooking Crop fund-raiser July 29 from 5-11 p.m., and two sessions July 30 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. and 3-10 p.m. hosted by the MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) of Riverchase Community Church.
