This ten-day culinary affair features more than 70 restaurants and a number of special events. Participants can choose from fine dining to down-home cooking with a special lunch or dinner prix-fixe menus ranging from $10-40 per person, making it easy and affordable for everyone to enjoy a taste of Birmingham’s diverse dishes.

Sat., Aug. 11 – Harvest Brunch BRW Kick-off: Enjoy a live jazz music brunch in the parking lot of SocialVenture (5529 1st Ave. S) from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. The meal will feature offerings from some of Birmingham’s best brunch spots created with produce from REV’s Urban Food Project, a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar and more. Tickets are $35, $60 for a pair.
Sat., Aug. 11 – Magic City East Bike Tour (sold out): Hop on a Zyp bike and sample signature dishes at restaurants from Forest Park to Pepper Place. Tickets are $45, $65 for a pair, and include one small plate at each restaurant and a cocktail at the last stop. A shuttle will transport riders to their cars at the end of the tour.
Mon., Aug. 13 – Restaurant Take-over: New Orleans-native Chef Kevon Lewis will take over the kitchen at Rojo Birmingham from 6-9 p.m. and serve up a fast-casual cajun meal that may take her Leeds food truck to a brick-and-mortar establishment.
Fri., Aug. 17 – Foodie BIZ 1.0: REV will host a business development workshop for culinary entrepreneurs, taking guests through the 11 core concepts for a startup. The event will be held from 8 a.m. to noon at The Annex Commissary and Incubation Kitchen (113 12th St. N). Tickets are $35.
Sat., Aug. 18 – Mixing Up the Magic: Birmingham’s best mixers will take guests through a speed-dating-style crash cocktail course, with topics ranging from stocking your bar to making your own mixers. The event will take place at 5 Point Public House from 1-3 p.m. and tickets are $30.
