Fiesta, a Hispanic culture festival, recently announced plans for its 13th event.
The festival, which focuses on Latin food from around the world, is set for Oct. 3. Hours are noon-8 p.m.
The event at Linn Park in Birmingham has added a new village, Cocina Latina, where patrons can sample food from 12 restaurants featuring Hispanic and Latino cooking styles.
Admission is $8 in advance and $10 at the gate. Children 12 and younger get in free.
