Independent Presbyterian Church Holiday House Tour
December 12, 2015 - December 13, 2015$30
In its 66th year, the Independent Presbyterian Church Holiday House Tour has long been part of Birmingham’s holiday festivities.
This year, four homes in Mountain Brook are to be featured in addition to the historic church. Stunning architecture, elegant decor and striking style will once again grace the tour.
Also, this year’s tour, along with Christmas Eve Services, marks the culmination of IPC’s year-long centennial celebration. Founded in 1915, IPC has held and hosted special events every month throughout 2015 focusing on the church’s history, missions and relationships in the community.
This year’s tour is scheduled for Dec. 12 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Dec. 13 from 1 p.m.-5 p.m. Sarah Duggan is 2015 tour chair and Ann Walthall is co-chair. With the purchase of a $30 ticket, visitors gain access to the four tour homes and the church.
Tickets can be purchased by visiting www.ipc-usa.org/holiday-house, or by stopping by the church reception desk during business hours beginning Dec. 1. Tickets may also be purchased at the homes and at the church during the hours of the tour. Featured this year are Independent Presbyterian Church, 3100 Highland Avenue, Mr. and Mrs. Rob Howland, 2801 Shook Hill Circle, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jolly, 2805 Shook Hill Circle Mr. and Mrs. David Roth, 3241 Dell Road and Dr. and Mrs. Tommy Thomson, 3121 Brookwood Road.
