Kingdom Fit Health Expo

Shades Mountain Baptist Church will be hosting a New Year’s Health Expo on Jan. 6 from 3:30-8 p.m.

Vendors in attendence will include everything from physical health to emototional, psychological and spiritual wellness as well. Attendees can expect to see experts from fields including medicine, senior liveing and care, ministries, counseling and nonprofits to give people an opportunity to expand their view of total wellness.
