The Department of Psychology at UAB will host the first of a series of public lectures by leading experts that focuses on the latest research and treatment for the relief and management of chronic pain. This event is free and open to the public and includes hors d’oeuvres followed by a lecture by Dr. Roger Fillingim, a world-renowned clinical researcher in the field of chronic pain and past-president of the American Pain Society.
