Greater Birmingham Ministries’ 45th Anniversary Banquet and Silent Auction will be held from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Oct. 16 at Boutwell Auditorium in downtown Birmingham. The Rev. Dr. William J. Barber II will be the guest speaker. The event will feature food catered by George Sarris, a performance by the Community Children’s Choir and a silent auction.
