Mandolin virtuoso Jason Bailey will perform at the Hoover Public Library on Nov. 17. Bailey, who plays a variety of styles including bluegrass, Celtic and swing jazz, will play the mandolin at 2:30 p.m. The event is free. The library is at 200 Municipal Drive. For more information, call 444-7821.
