Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day a little early when the Hoover Public Library presents an afternoon of Celtic fiddler music with Russell Hopper on March 9. Hopper will perform the free concert beginning at 2:30 p.m. Hopper has a master’s degree in traditional Irish music performance from the University of Limerick in Ireland.
