To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Davenport’s Pizza Palace on Cahaba Road in Mountain Brook gave customers the opportunity to win the restaurant’s signature dish.
The restaurant gave away one pizza each day in June. The names of those winners were entered in a contest for the grand prize of 50 free pizzas.
“Overall, we gave away 80 pizzas,” said Davenport’s Amanda Thames.
