The Walk to Defeat ALS will take place at the Hoover Metropolitan Stadium Oct. 11. This family-friendly event will have food, music, games and fun for all ages, with a walk open to the public. Funds will benefit ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, and will be donated for care services programs and ALS research.
