The Hoover Public Library will present Art Histories and Mysteries: Tattoos of Thailand at 3 p.m. Oct. 19. The free program will explore the beauty and magic of Thai Buddhist tattoos with art historian Angie May. The event will be held in the library’s theater level meeting rooms.
