The Shops of Assistance League’s Holiday Open House will be from 1-3 p.m. on Nov. 16 at 1755 Oxmoor Road in Homewood. The annual event will help shoppers kick off the holiday season with items from PrimeTime Treasures and Encore Upscale Thrift Shop, including crafts, jewelry, art, pottery, children’s toys, clothes, furniture and home décor.
