On April 11, come out to Railroad Park to enjoy live music and a cajun cooking competition.
The Girls Inc. 5th annual Cajun Cook-off will feature favorites such as gumbo, étouffée, jumbalaya and red beans and rice. Attendees will vote to determine the winner of the competition. Last year’s event drew over 900 people.
Family friendly activities such as face painting and henna tattoos will also be available.
