
Free the Hops and the Autism Society of Alabama Junior Board are teaming up Jan. 28 for “Tapped: A Food and Beer Pairing” featuring entrees from local restaurants with beers selected to create the perfect food pairing.
The event at Ted’s Garage will open at 6 p.m. It includes live music and an auction featuring beer and beer-related art and trips.
Local restaurants, including J. Clyde, Mafiaoza’s, Maki Fresh and Jackson’s, will serve a variety of food, and Free the Hops will be pair those dishes with craft beer.
Tickets, $20 in advance and $25 at the door, include admission, food and beer. Tickets can be purchased from the ASA office, any ASA Junior Board member or Free the Hops.
