Tommy and Linda Hallmark of Pelham, formerly of Homewood, announce the engagement of their daughter Lauren Grace Hallmark, to Bradley Shane Jones, son of Kathy Jones of Oak Mountain and the late John Jones of Oak Mountain.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Thomas and Nancy Hallmark of Greystone and the late Mildred Kerr Haynes of Brompton.
Miss Hallmark is a graduate of Homewood High School and Auburn University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in apparel merchandising with a minor in business. She was a member of the Women’s Philanthropy Board. She is employed with Pearl Ministries of Trussville.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Nadine Deberry of Vancleave, Miss. and the late Kenneth Deberry of Vancleave and the late Wess and Theresa Jones of Vancleave.
Mr. Jones is a graduate of Oak Mountain High School and Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.
He is employed with Dreamcakes of Homewood.
The wedding is planned for January 21, 2012.
