Jefferson State Community College will offer a free seminar for adults who are thinking about starting college for the first time or returning to college. The seminar is from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Feb. 20 at the Health Sciences building on the Shelby-Hoover campus. Information will be presented on admissions, financial aid, choosing classes and study skills. Participants can ask questions and interact with successful adult students who are balancing school, work and family responsibilities.
