Rick Bragg, a Pulitzer Prize-winning writer and author of the bestselling memoirs “All Over but the Shoutin'” and “Ava’s Man,” will be at Rosewood Hall in Homewood on Sept. 20 for a fundraiser for the Friends of the Homewood Public Library. An Evening with Rick Bragg kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with Bragg’s presentation followed by a book signing. Refreshments will be served. Advance tickets are required. Tickets are $25. Call 332-6625 or come by the Adult Services Department at the library to purchase tickets. All proceeds will support Friends of the Homewood Public Library.
