Birmingham Civil Rights Institute
The Birmingham Civil Rights Institute will host a Black History Month program on Feb. 20 from 6-8 p.m. The event is free. The program, “Civil Rights in America,” will be held in the Woods Community Meeting Room. The Birmingham Civil Rights Institute is at 520 16th St. North, Birmingham.
