Beginning June 2, the Levite Jewish Community Center on Montclair Road in Birmingham will offer Core Suspend classes. The class is executed on a suspension apparatus designed to challenge with standing, side-lying, kneeling, prone, supine and hanging positions. Register online at www.MindBodyOnline.com. Classes are Sundays at 11:15 a.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. and Wednesdays at 6:15 p.m. The first class is free.
