Help the Hills will host a Town Hall meeting at 6 p.m. Jan. 5 on “The Truth and Consequences of Drug and Alcohol Use” in the Fellowship Hall at Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church.The event will feature a panel discussion with Sheila Phillips, superintendent of Vestavia Hills City Schools, Jefferson County District Judge Shanta Owens and representatives from the Vestavia Hills Police Department.
