Birmingham Elks Lodge #79 and Roebuck Elks Lodge #2123 will be hosting a benefit to aid Alabama in storm relief and recover. Our event will be held on June 11th at the old Cascade Plunge, 6815 2nd Avenue South, Birmingham, Al 35212.
All proceeds will go to the Alabama Chapter of the Salvation Army.
Ticket sales will begin on Wednesday, May 25th at $10.00 per person.
Our current lineup consists of: Main Street, David Lee (Elvis Impersonator), Henry Neal Band and Tara Roseberry (Reba Impersonator). We are currently seeking additional entertainment. The lineup is subject to change based on number of bands confirmed.
There will be Silent and Chinese Auctions. One of the items being offered in the Silent Auction is a 2 night stay in a beach front condo in beautiful, Gulf Shores, Alabama.
Benefit will begin at 11 A.M. on June 11th and go until we run out of entertainment.
Additionally, there will be plenty of food and children’s activities.
The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks is a non-profit, service and charitable organization whose purpose is to aid its neighbors and community. The motto of the Elks is: “Elks Care, Elks Share.”
