The 2012 Episcopal Place Bishop’s Dinner has been scheduled for Thursday, November 1 at The Club in Birmingham. This biennial celebration of the Episcopal community’s outreach to low-income seniors and disabled adults will occur on All Saints’ Day and will begin at 6 pm. The Rt. Rev. John McKee Sloan, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Alabama, will be the special speaker.
The fundraising event will include cocktails, dinner, comments from the Bishop, and a special presentation involving residents who live in Episcopal Place’s affordable housing community. Tickets are $75 per person. Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and individuals who want to support the event and the mission of Episcopal Place.
