Emmet O’Neal Library
The Friends of Emmet O’Neal Library will host its annual book sale Feb. 21-23. The sale will be open to the public from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Feb. 21 and 22 and from 1-4 p.m. on Feb. 23. John C. Hones, a broker of fine art and appraiser for “Antiques Roadshow” on PBS, is helping appraise items donated for the sale. There will be a book sale preview party from 6-8 p.m. on Feb. 20 for members of the Friends of the Emmet O’Neal Library, and $25 memberships will be available at the door. Those attending the preview party will get the first chance at buying the best books, including beautiful art and coffee table books, collectible items and rare titles.
