The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama’s Young Leadership Board (RMHCA YLB) is hosting “Shear Kindness” hair cut-a-thon during the Alabama Sales Tax Holiday weekend.
Thanks to the support of the Riverchase Galleria and Aveda Institute, “Shear Kindness” will be Aug. 7 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on the second floor of the former Belk store at the Galleria. Stylists from top area salons, including the Richard Joseph Studio Salon Spa at Belk, Aveda Institute, Great Clips, SportsClips, Regis Salon, Xcell Academy, Ulta, and Master Cuts will all be giving hair cuts in return for a donation to the Ronald McDonald House. Requested donations are $5 for children and $10 for adults.
