The Hoover Public Library will give students in grades 1-3 a chance to make holiday gifts for their friends and family members at the Holiday Gift Workshop on Dec. 13. The free event will be from 4-5 p.m. The library is at 200 Municipal Drive in Hoover. For more information, call 444-7830.
