Dr. and Mrs. Larry C. Kilgore of Knoxville, Tenn., announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Elizabeth Kilgore, to Jeffrey Allen Morgan, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Morgan of Birmingham.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. William E. Morehead of Malden, Mo., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clint Kilgore of Whitwell, Tenn.
Miss Kilgore is a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College and Vanderbilt Law School. She will join Burr Forman law firm in September.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Connie Morgan of Birmingham and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Baxley of Birmingham.
Mr. Morgan attended Auburn University and is employed with Star Bagel Company.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 20.
