Newsaroo, a free outdoor musical festival to kick off Motherwalk 2014, will be held from 7-10:30 p.m. May 9 at Avondale Brewing Company in Birmingham. Participants can pick up their race packets or register for the Motherwalk while listening to music by Gabriel Tajeu, the Sassy Brown Band, Trey Lewis and Brent Thompson Overdrive.
