There will be a health symposium at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church on Aug. 10 from 8 a.m. through 5:10 p.m. The church is located at 1728 Oxmoor Road in Homewood. The class is open to the public. For all who do not require a certificate, the cost is $35, including lunch. Registration is from 7:30-8 a.m. For more information, call Carlette C.
