The Birmingham Music Club will host the Rhythm & Muse Gala at the Vestavia Hills Country Club from 6:30-10:30 p.m. on Feb. 1. The annual event funds music scholarships for college students. The cocktail-hour dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and will feature “Bubbles for Baubles” where guests can donate $25 for a glass of champagne and a chance to win prizes. The event will also include dancing, a performance by jazz flutist Kim Scott and a live auction by Grainger and Thagard Auctioneers. Tickets are $75 per person or $150 per couple.
