Birmingham, Ala.–Samford University’s School of the Arts will host the 2011 Alabama All-State Choral Festival March 23-26.
Middle school and high school students, parents and teachers will arrive at Samford Wednesday, March 23, for the four-day Alabama Vocal Association event. The students will immediately begin an intense schedule of competitions and rehearsals in preparation for a pair of public concerts later in the week.
The Middle School Concert will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 25. The High School Concert will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 26. Both concerts will be in Wright Center Concert Hall.
