The 11th annual Shake and Bake 5K benefiting the NorthStar Soccer Club will be Aug. 2 in Mt Laurel, located on Highway 41 off U.S. 280. Registration is $25 through Aug. 1 and $30 on race day. Registration and check-in are from 6:30-7:45 a.m. The race starts at 8 a.m. Awards and prizes will be given after the race. For more information, visit www.shakeandbake5K.com.
