The yearlong Smart@Investing financial series will kick off from 3-4 p.m. on Sept. 8 at the Homewood Public Library. The event will feature a pair of stories about money matters by Birmingham storyteller Dolores Hydock. Th e program is part of a partnership between the American Library Association and the FINRA Investor Education Foundation.
