Sole to Soul 5K and Fun Run

Shades Mountain Christian School
Shades Mountain Christian School will host its second annual Sole to Soul 5K and Fun Run Oct. 25 at the school, 2290 Old Tyler Road. The 5K will begin at 8 a.m. and will be followed by the one-mile fun run. The event will also feature food, door prizes and awards in each age group. The event will benefit the Prescott House Child Advocacy Center. Early registration is accepted through Oct. 24. Those registering early will receive a T-shirt at packet pickup, which is from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Oct. 24 and from 7-7:30 a.m. on race day.
