Foxxy Fatts & Company will perform at the Summer Concert Series at Aldridge Gardens in Hoover Aug. 28. Concert-goers are invited to bring blankets, chairs and refreshments to hear the band’s blend of rock, R&B, fusion jazz, swing and Motown music live under the stars. Gates open at 5 p.m. The concert starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20. Cantina on Wheels food truck will be on hand for the event. Aldridge Gardens is on Lorna Road.
