Childcare Resources presents a family friendly festival that will take place at Crestwood Park. Entertainment will include a variety show presented by The Fettucini Brothers, an interactive drum circle led by John Scalici, a chance to win a free bicycle from Cahaba Cycles and free interactive fitness activities throughout the day.
TEMPO activities emphasize fitness and healthy lifestyles for parents and children. Children’s activities and learning games will be provided by area nonprofit organizations who will also update parents and other adults about the many resources available in the Birmingham area.
Childcare Resources is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) partner agency of United Way of Central Alabama and their mission is to make quality care and education of children happen by providing information, education and assistance to families, providers of child care and the community.
