The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute will present The Passions of Delacroix from 1:30-2:30 p.m. on March 6 at the Vestavia Hills Library in the Forest. Judith Hand, a docent at the Birmingham Museum of Art, will speak about the museum’s current exhibit of works by Delacroix.
