Boy Scout Troop 320, based at Mountain Brook Presbyterian Church, held an Eagle Court of Honor on August 31, 2026, to recognize its three newest Eagle Scouts. Since its beginning, Troop 320 has awarded over 300 young men the rank of Eagle Scout. The new Eagle Scouts and their Eagle Service Projects:
JT Graves, the son of Mary Frances and the late Colonel David Lee Graves, built a Gaga ball pit at Mountain Brook Community Church. His Scouting career included induction into the Order of Arrow, 59 camping nights, 120 backpacking miles, 80 hiking miles and 71 paddling miles. JT also completed three high adventure trips to Philmont Scout Ranch, Northern Tier and Summit-Bechtel Marksmanship.
Jacob Plyler, the son of Kristine and Matt Plyler, renovated the pathway to the Outdoor Chapel at Brookwood Baptist Church. His scouting career included 39 camping nights, 100 hiking/backpacking miles and 98 paddling miles. He completed two high adventure trips to Northern Tier and Philmont Scout Ranch.
Suttyn Koretzky, the son of Brynee and Marc Koretzky, designed and built a wooden, multi-bicycle rack for the parking lot at Mountain Brook Presbyterian Church, which is the chartered organization for Troop 320. His Scouting career includes 55 camping nights, 48 hiking/backpacking/cycling miles and 109 paddling miles.
