The city of Mountain Brook and the Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce kicked off a new challenge for local residents and visitors, #XploreMB, on April 4 at Otey’s Tavern.
Inspired by the success of the city’s 2018 Restaurant Trail, Mayor Stewart Welch was inspired to create #XploreMB contest to support Mountain Brook businesses.
To participate, take photos at any Mountain Brook business and put them on Facebook or Instagram with #XploreMB. Bonus points will be added for selfies taken with an employee of the business.
Winners will be drawn each week and will earn a $25 Village Gold card for themselves, a $10 card for a business employee who is pictured, and a matching gift from the business if they are participating.
