Bittersweet Inspiration: Stitching History from The Holocaust

Mountain Brook’s Trendon Watford State Rebound Leader

When the Spartans basketball team defeated Hewitt-Trussville 63-39 on Jan. 5, Mountain Brook's Tendon Watford's last rebound of the night made him the AHSAA all-time rebound leader.Watford, a 6-foot-9 senior, had 1,821 rebounds following that win, and he added another 12 rebounds in thee Spartans' win over Memphis East to give him 1,833 rebounds for the season.
